The Isole bathroom furniture collection by DEFRA won the prestigious MEBLARSTWA 2025 DIAMOND award in the BATHROOM ZONE | FURNITURE | STANDARD CLASS category. This award is given to the best products on the Polish furniture and interior design market, which stand out with interesting design, innovation, technology and functionality. Style and details
Sparse in style, minimalist and very functional – these are the modular furniture from the Isole collection. The most characteristic feature of the collection is the delicate milling made vertically or horizontally, depending on the type of cabinet. A subtle milling is also located under the handle, thanks to which the furniture gains a unique aesthetic effect. This delicate treatment also breaks the sparse style of the furniture, giving it an interesting energy.
The design of the cabinets can be modified using the colors of the Puro metal handles, which are available in 3 colors: shiny chrome, matte black and shiny gold. The furniture can be equipped with elegant MODICA legs, which additionally emphasize the geometry of the shapes. The Isole collection will be great in very modern bathrooms arranged in the Scandinavian spirit, but also in spaces in a classic or industrial style.
Modularity
The Isole collection offers a wide range of bathroom cabinetry personalisation options. The collection includes under-sink cabinets in two widths – 60 and 80 cm, an under-counter cabinet with a pull-out basket and a bathroom column. Additionally, the set can be supplemented with cubes in various colours and sizes to choose from, conglomerate and laminated countertops, and furniture and countertop washbasins. The modules can be combined and assembled into original sets, adapted to the dimensions of the interior and the needs of users.
Technology
Isole furniture modules are protected against moisture by precise and ecological varnishing, which extends their service life. The outer coating of the cabinets does not fade or discolour under the influence of sunlight. Modern varnishing machines apply the same thickness of individual layers of varnish with great precision – also on the edges, which increases the resistance of the furniture to intensive use.
The fronts of the furniture modules are made of durable MDF board and are also varnished on the inside, which increases resistance to moisture. Modern systems have also been used here: full drawers for a space-saving siphon, soft close system, full-extension guides. All drawers have slim, metal sides, inside which there are full-extension guides with a load capacity of up to 25 kg.
